Three Layers of chocolate sponge filled with fresh cream and dark cherries. Finished with shaved French chocolates and maraschino cherries.
Fresh Cream Gateau
One of our best selling cakes is made up of three layers of delicate vanilla sponge and fresh cream, with a centre of fresh seasonal fruit.Coated in our 100% Fresh Cream and topped with an array of fresh seasonal fruit and dark chocolate logo. This cake is fluffy and light and delicious in every mouthful. (All seasonal fruit is subject to availability)
Mango Fresh Cream Gateau
A light vanilla sponge cake, with three layers of mango fresh cream. Surrounded in freshly whipped cream and a sweet mango glaze, topped with Mango glaze droplets and a hand crafted white chocolate feather.
Chocolate Mousse Glossy (Heart)
Our indulgent heart shaped mousse is made with premium French chocolate mousse with layers of chocolate sponge and a glossy chocoalte glaze to finish. It is decorated with fresh seasonal fruit, and a variety of handcrafted chocolates.
Tiramisu Mousse Cake
Our Italian styled Tiramisu cake is comprised of cream cheese, Crème anglaise, and an Irish coffee liquor soaked sponge in the center. Topped with buttercream and finished with cocoa powder this cake is perfect for everyone.
Mango Mousse Cake
A layer of passionfruit jelly and dacquoise surrounded by 2 layers of mango mousse sitting on top of a light vanilla sponge base. Finished with a glossy mango glaze and decorated with hand crafted chocolates, raspberry glaze and a chocolate mousse quenelle.
Trio Chocolate Mousse Cake
A trio of decadent chocolate mousses. This chocolate mousse cake is beautifully layered with dark, milk and white chocolate mousse on a light chocolate sponge. Artfully decorated with a shiny mirror glaze and finished with delicate handcrafted chocolates.
Mother's Day Petit
The perfect edible rose for mum this Mother's Day! Our special edition petit is a delicious white chocolate mousse, with a creamy caramel centre, on a vanilla sponge base. This special rose design is sprayed with a red chocolate coating, dotted with sweet glaze and finished with gold flakes.
